Maintenance Essentials
Before Installation
Check the compatibility of the quick connector with the excavator, ensuring the models match. 2. Clean the connection parts of the excavator and the connection surface of the quick connector, removing oil, dust, and debris.
Ensure model matching, otherwise, installation difficulties or inability to use normally may occur. 2. Incomplete cleaning may affect the stability of the connection.
Regularly check the connection parts for wear or damage, replace if necessary. 2. Store the connector to avoid collision and compression.
During Installation
Lift the quick connector to the excavator connection part, aligning the installation hole. 2. Use special tools, such as bolts, nuts, etc., to firmly secure the quick connector to the excavator. 3. Connect the hydraulic lines, ensuring a good seal with no leaks.
Pay attention to safety during lifting to avoid collision accidents. 2. Tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque value to prevent loosening. 3. The hydraulic line connection must be correct, otherwise, it may lead to functional failure.
In Use
Before operating the excavator, perform a no-load test of the quick connector's functions, such as clamping, releasing, etc., to ensure normal operation. 2. Depending on the work needs, use the quick connector to quickly change different work devices, such as buckets, breakers, etc. 3. During work, closely monitor the quick connector's operating status, and if there are abnormal sounds, vibrations, or leaks, stop work immediately for inspection.
The no-load test time should not be less than 5 minutes, ensuring smooth operation of all components. 2. When changing work devices, do so in a safe area, avoiding the approach of unrelated personnel. 3. Do not continue work until the abnormal situation is resolved, to avoid further damage.
After Use
After work is completed, remove the work device from the quick connector and store it properly. 2. Clean the quick connector, removing dirt and impurities from the surface. 3. Store the quick connector in a dry, well-ventilated place.
Store the work device reasonably to avoid damage. 2. The storage environment should be dry to prevent rusting.
